1. Refund Policy Framework

Our commercial model is strictly structured to support product excellence. Consequently, monetary refunds are only provided in very edge cases. In the rare event a refund is approved, please note that the standard shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

2. Defect Replacement Protocol

We guarantee the structural and functional integrity of our goods upon dispatch. In the exceptional event that you receive a verified defective or physically damaged item, a replacement protocol may be initiated under the following stringent conditions:

  • Condition PrecedentReplacement authorization is granted exclusively for items empirically verified by our quality assurance team to be defective or damaged.
  • Temporal ConstraintAll defect reports must be formally logged within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery timestamp. Claims submitted beyond this window are automatically void.
  • Evidentiary RequirementsThe claimant bears the burden of proof. Unedited, high-resolution photographic evidence or unboxing videography is mandatory. Failure to furnish sufficient evidence will result in immediate claim rejection.

3. Reverse Logistics & Shipping Costs

Unless express, written authorization is granted by our support directorate, the financial burden of reverse logistics (return shipping costs) for replacement processing rests entirely with the customer.

4. Initiation Procedure
